In 2017, Kev made a seamless transition into real estate, focusing on luxury villa rentals along the Atlantic Seaboard, as well as in Barcelona and the South of France where his creative flair and marketing acumen quickly set him apart. He decided to make the bold move into property sales in 2020 and successfully concluded 10 property sales winning the coveted Rookie of the Year award at his previous company.
The year 2023 marked a significant milestone for Kev as he joined forces with Lindsay Dwyer, the visionary behind Property Vine. Together, they have become an unstoppable duo, tackling the Newlands and Southern Suburbs areas with unparalleled energy and expertise. Their partnership is a testament to the power of collaboration, with both Kev and Lindsay sharing a competitive spirit and a deep passion for people and real estate. Their efforts led to them both being placed in the top 1% of Keller Williams agents nationwide, with Kev ranking 7th and Lindsay taking the top spot.
When Kev is not helping clients find their dream homes, he enjoys indulging in Cape Town's lifestyle. Whether it's hitting the golf course, working out at the gym, enjoying a good old-fashioned braai with friends, or most importantly spending quality time with his 18 month old daughter and fiancé, Kev embraces life with the same enthusiasm he brings to his work.
